Roof Rack Paint Peeling

Roof rack paint peeling.

Kia motors kia sorrento peeling paint bad case of kiapox. Peeling paint on roof rack. I will try to take some photos of the paint peeling. It is peeling on both sides the entire length of the roof rack.

It looks like the honda had a type of bed liner type paint on the roof rack. I have it in the shop as my low oil level light came on after vanos recall 2 weeks ago. Of course 3 year warranty sad she has taken back to kia in jacksonville but of course too late. 2011 nissan rogue sl 2012 nissan rogue sl 2012 honda cr v lx.

Joined nov 10 2010 12 posts. My car is a very low mileage under 50 000km coming to 4 years parked in garage most of the time. Discussion starter 1 dec 4 2012. I just noticed recently that the silver paint on the roof rail of my 14 nissan rogue peeling off.

The outer basket paint began to peel which isnt that big of a deal since it only catches grease. My toyota no paint problems and no roof rack problems. The paint is peeling on the factory honda roof rack purchased from h and a only 2 years after putting it on. Plus the roof racks are not holding up with paint or waht ever they are made of.

I am experiencing paint peeling on the silver roof rack posts on the rogue. Just bought a used cpo x5 and while drying the roof standing on running boards i saw the paint peeling. Tue jun 14 2011 10 15 pm car. Flaking and peeling of a coating applied to concrete flooring.

It was the paint on the underside of the four mounting points. I have never even used the roof rails at all yet the paint is peeling. However a couple more times using it and the copper coating on the inner basket began to peel. Thus it began to develop a little rust.

I was thinking of painting it with high temp bbq or engine type paint but then had a thought after washing my wifes honda pilot. Rogue one moderator posts. Just bought a 99 sr5 4runner and the paint is totally faded and peeling off my roof rack. New member 2011 x5 roof rack paint peeling.
